Ten of Adam’s race are born into the world. Everyone born into this world is the same, born “dead in trespasses and in sins.” All are Adam’s family fell in him and come into this world in a state of total depravity. All ten of these bodies are en route to the grave from day one.
At some point in their lifetime, God’s children will be moved upon by the Holy Spirit, born again from on high and given eternal life. They will not know the precise time when it occurs, but they will begin to change inwardly and start to show outward evidence, or fruit of the Spirit, manifesting a desire for the things of God over time. While changed inwardly, their bodies have not been changed and are still headed to the grave. The Spirit placed within them begins the struggle with the body or the “natural man.”

Jhn 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
